The health and safety of IEEE’s event participants is our top priority. The IEEE Event Emergency Response Team (EERT) offers support and resources for event safety planning and emergency response. The team regularly monitors health and travel advisories issued by official local, national, and global agencies to ensure the most current information.
As a best practice, we recommend that all IEEE events include an attendee health and safety page on their websites. We have assembled the following guidelines for you to share with participants to help them plan for your event.
Please add the following IEEE-approved language to your website in advance of your event. You can customize this content for your event wherever bracketed text appears.
